Who You Are:

• Have a strong technical background, with 3-5 years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on building scalable, reliable systems.
• Are strongly opinionated about best practices, but understand when to make compromises based on context and circumstance.
• Hacker Mentality: a proven ability to challenge conventions and think creatively to drive significant impact without needing permission.
• Thrive in an environment that values ingenuity and empowers individuals to find unconventional solutions to complex problems.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership and work alongside our all senior staff building critical systems to support the development of the 1v1Me app.
• Work hand in hand with product managers to help shape how products are built and how we can best leverage new technologies to build outstanding experiences for our users.
• Design and continuously improve sophisticated systems that power innovative products, including real-time wallet solutions, live staking, and enhanced watchability features.
• Build rapid prototypes and minimum viable products efficiently to help our team test and validate hypotheses quickly.
