Senior Backend Engineer

1v1Me is a platform that allows you to stake on others playing video games. We are building an esports community fueled by staking and entertainment.

1v1Me is a fully-remote team. Our team focuses on providing an environment that encourages learning and growth, allowing you to lead your projects and take pride in the work you do.

This is an opportunity to join a small team at our earliest stages in product development and help lead the creation of 1v1Me.

As a Intermediate Backend Engineer, you will do things like:

• Help continue to build 1v1Me.com in a product team of 5 people
• Create new product and internal tool features
• Contribute to the architectural landscape of the backend
• Manage infrastructure and deployment processes
• Shape product and be a part of ideation
• Aid with support team escalations
• Aid with on-call of infrastructure

The following might describe you:

• 3+ years of related engineering experience
• Experience building high-throughput APIs
• Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
